optimal body-heart-mind-spirit integration.
Dr. J. Yusuf-Quddus Erskine began practicing
Hatha Yoga in 1972 and has been teaching since 1975. His medical practice, in Sebastopol, reflects his interests and
expertise in health and healing, including osteopathic manipulative medicine,
classical homeopathy, and HIV care.
